For example, LMS (Light Melt Scrap), Body Scrap, Medium Commercial Scrap (Bicycle, Rickshaw Bodies, White Goods) etc. We have the capability to shred all kinds of metal scrap. Depending on the space available to the customer, we can build single line, C-shaped or L-shaped shredding systems. We build shredding systems with a capacity of 10 tons per hour.
The shredders we build are easy to operate. They can be operated automatically via PLC or electronic control panels. They have a long service life and low maintenance requirements, an oil lubrication system to minimize wear and a reversing system for overload and emergency functions to ensure safety.

Our complete shredding systems typically include

Infeed conveyor Receiving scrap metal and placing it into a pre-shredder.
Pre-shredder Includes a rotary shear (twin shaft shear) that cuts and crushes large quantities of light metal scrap (e.g., car bodies, rollers, white goods bodies, etc.) into smaller pieces. It has two rotors driven by a motor and gearbox that can withstand abnormal load conditions and pre-crushing without making noticeable noise or polluting the air.
Main Crusher Infeed Conveyor Conveys pre-crushed scrap to the main crusher. Smaller scrap does not require pre-crushing and can be fed directly through this conveyor.
The main shredder then shreds the scrap and turns it into a fine, dense scrap. The Main Shredder is a robust hammer shredder with heavy duty bearings and housing.
Outfeed Conveyor Conveys shredded scrap to a metal separation conveyor.
Non-Ferrous Separation Conveyor Separates non-ferrous metals from the product stream using magnetic separation.
Vibrating Screen Removes dust and other smaller unwanted materials (e.g., plastics, wood, etc.) from process scrap.
The well-designed electrical control panel features MCBs, safety devices, overload functions and relays. In the event of an emergency, you can stop the entire system using the emergency stop provided at both locations.
Optional oil lubrication system and cooling system are available.
