    The Mobile Metal Shredder is a truck-mounted scrap metal processing system that integrates feeding, shredding, magnetic separation, and discharge functions onto a single mobile platform. Mounted on either a crawler or wheeled undercarriage, it is specifically engineered for volume reduction and recycling of scrap materials such as end-of-life vehicle shells, obsolete household appliances, waste color-coated steel sheets, and industrial offcuts (including light-gauge and medium-plate scrap). Utilizing a high-speed, high-torque rotor equipped with hammers, the unit impact-breaks the feed stock into dense, uniform shovels or briquettes of clean scrap steel, optimally sized for downstream smelting or economical transport and sale.


Exceptional Mobility and Rapid Relocation  

Requiring no concrete foundation, the machine can be swiftly moved between job sites. It is ideally suited for multi-location, short-duration scrap recycling projects, eliminating the time‑consuming logistics of dismantling, transporting, and reinstalling stationary plants.


Fast Commissioning and Reduced Civil Costs

Upon arrival at the working site, the unit is ready for immediate production—bypassing the extensive civil works and lengthy setup procedures associated with fixed shredders. This significantly shortens the payback period and drastically lowers upfront capital expenditure.


Fully Integrated, All‑in‑One Design

The feeding system, shredding mainframe, power unit, hydraulic system, magnetic separation module, and discharge conveyor are all compactly integrated onto a single chassis. This enables simultaneous shredding and efficient separation of ferrous metals from non‑ferrous metals and light impurities, yielding a cleaner, higher‑purity output.


Superior Adaptability to Rugged Environments

Equipped with heavy‑duty crawler tracks or purpose‑built tire‑type running gear, the shredder exhibits outstanding traction and terrain adaptability on soft ground, demolition rubble, hilly sites, and other uneven surfaces, ensuring stable, reliable performance under the most challenging working conditions.
