Scrap Car Shredder

In scrap metal recycling, metal shredders are used to reduce the size of metal scrap. The use of metal shredders is an efficient way to process scrap for high value.

At Qiansen, we build complete shredding systems for a wide range of metal scrap, such as LMS (Light Melt Scrap), Body Scrap, Medium Commercial Scrap (Bicycles, Rickshaw Bodies, White Goods), and more. Our complete shredding systems typically include

Infeed conveyor Receives scrap metal and places it into a pre-shredder.

Pre-shredder Includes a rotary shear (twin shaft shear) that cuts and crushes large quantities of light metal scrap (e.g., car bodies, rollers, white goods bodies, etc.) into smaller pieces. It has two rotors driven by a motor and gearbox that can withstand abnormal load conditions and pre-crushing without making noticeable noise or polluting the air.

An infeed conveyor from the main crusher transports the pre-crushed scrap to the main crusher. Smaller scrap does not require pre-crushing and can be fed directly through this conveyor.

The main shredder then shreds the scrap and turns it into a fine, dense scrap. The Main Shredder is a robust hammer shredder with heavy duty bearings and housing.

Outfeed Conveyor Conveys shredded scrap to a metal separation conveyor.

Non-Ferrous Separation Conveyor Separates non-ferrous metals from the product stream using magnetic separation.

Vibrating Screen Removes dust and other smaller unwanted materials (e.g., plastics, wood, etc.) from process scrap.

The well-designed electrical control panel features MCBs, safety devices, overload functions and relays. In the event of an emergency, you can stop the entire system using the emergency stop provided at both locations.

Optional oil lubrication system and cooling system are available.

5. The hydraulic valve adopts Beijing Ward products, with more reliable performance.Electrical control has automatic and manual operation mode, easy to use and maintenance.The operation process is local and remote, can operate in both places, more flexibility.
